These “Terms of Service” apply to all registered members, associates, affiliates and ‘others’ associated with this site. IPB-Canada (IPBC) reserves the right to changes these Terms of Service at any time, without notice to its absolute discretion. IT IS THE USER’S OWN RESPONSIBILITY TO READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE PRIOR TO USING ANY OF OUR SERVICES OR WEBSITE. 1. Disclaimer IPB-Canada (IPBC) reserves the right to edit, modify, distribute, copy, move, duplicate, delete or sell any material which includes, but not limited to Applications, Skins, Posts, Polls and Members to its absolute discretion. You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violation of any law. 2. Privacy All information provided to IPB-Canada (IPBC) will be treated with the most upmost confidentiality. However; IPB-Canada (IPBC) does not hold responsibility for any information entered onto our site. Users have the right to remove this information at any time, at their own discretion. - 2.1 Information Access The only people with access to confidential information are IPB-Canada’s (IPBC’s) Management Team, Administrators and those with administrative rights. Your information will only be accessed if we believe there is a problem with your account, you have asked us to change your information or a request otherwise stated by you. - 2.2 IP Recording All actions that you perform within IPB-Canada (IPBC) is recorded with your IP. IPB-Canada (IPBC) will access this information and provide it to local authorities if you try to hack, or gain illegal access to this website. 3. Payments & Purchases IPB-Canada (IPBC) has alot of features that require to be paid for. IPB-Canada (IPBC) cannot be held responsible for lost transactions, incorrect information entered or un-authorized payments. When IPB-Canada (IPBC) verifies your payment, we will unlock the particular product or component that you have paid for. - 3.1 Refunds Under no circumstances does IPB-Canada (IPBC) give refunds for incorrect product(s) purchased, not correct system software or change of mind. Refunds will be given, if the user can prove that an application or component is faulty. - 3.2 Payment Time IPB-Canada (IPBC) cannot guarantee instant access to your application or component immediately. Your payment may take from 12-48 hours to process between our accounts. The moment IPB-Canada (IPBC) receives your payment, an Administrator or a member of the management team will provide you access to the component or application purchased. 4. Downloads & Viruses IPB-Canada (IPBC) cannot be held responsible for any virus, spyware, Trojan or any other such feature that may harm your computer. IPB-Canada (IPBC) will moderate our download manager, and other such recourses as much as possible to minimise risks. - 4.1 IPBC Content Approval Management IPBC Management Team, Administrators, Managers and Staff will approve Downloads to our download manager when we have a) approved it is not a form of virus, spyware or any other risk to harm a members computer  approved it is fully functioning modification, or other application & c) fits it’s description as told by the author/creator.- 4.2 Removing/Deleting Downloads IPBC reserves the right to remove or delete any application, file or component from the download manager as seen fit. The removal and deletion of a download may be because of a) a reported virus/spyware risk illegal content or c) out of date.5. Posts The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of IPB-Canada (IPBC). Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. 6. Copyrighted Material You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by IPB-Canada (IPBC) 7. Subject to Change IPB-Canada (IPBC) reserves the right to change, or add terms of service and conditions at any point in time without any notice.
